Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "richyph," "we," "us," "our" refers to the richyph platform and its operating entity, which provides online casino and sports betting services at richyph.com.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the richyph platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the richyph website, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any application or service made available through richyph.com.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player through the richyph registration process.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal credit balance held within a Player's richyph Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot title, live dealer game, sportsbook market, bingo game, or any other wagering product made available through the richyph Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, reload offer, or other incentive issued by richyph to a Player under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total wager amount that must be completed before Bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification process required by richyph and applicable Philippine regulatory standards before certain account functions, including withdrawals, are permitted.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the richyph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming standards. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. richyph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, with all associated balances subject to forfeiture pending investigation, as required by applicable Philippine regulations.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The richyph Platform is operated for and primarily directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. richyph makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active richyph Account at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. richyph will close all duplicate Accounts upon detection, and any balances or winnings associated with duplicate Accounts may be voided without prior notice.

2.4 Account Registration

To register a richyph Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a unique password. You agree to promptly update any account information that changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances.

2.5 KYC Verification

richyph reserves the right to require KYC verification at any stage of your account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, upon changes to personal details, or following unusual account activity. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS card, GSIS card, driver's license, PRC card , or UMID), along with proof of address where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by richyph may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

3.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your richyph Account credentials, including your username and password. richyph strongly recommends using a unique, complex password that is not shared with any other online service. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify richyph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, or if your credentials have been compromised. richyph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account prior to such notification, provided that richyph has not been negligent in its own security obligations.

3.3 Two-Factor Authentication

richyph offers OTP-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all Accounts. Players are strongly encouraged to enable 2FA to protect their Account and associated Wallet balance. richyph may, at its discretion, require 2FA verification for certain high-value transactions or account changes.

3.4 Session Management

richyph automatically terminates idle sessions after a defined period of inactivity as a security measure. You should always log out of your Account when accessing richyph from a shared or public device. richyph accepts no liability for account access by unauthorized individuals on shared devices.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

richyph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may vary based on your location, account status, and prevailing operational conditions. richyph reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits are credited to your richyph Wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP) at the prevailing conversion rate where applicable. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are defined per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. richyph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which richyph bears no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where operationally possible, as an anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and may be subject to additional review for accounts flagged by richyph's risk management system. Processing times vary by payment channel but richyph targets completion of verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of request.

4.4 Currency

The functional currency of the richyph Platform is the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All Wallet balances, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated in PHP unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and VIP rewards issued by richyph are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your richyph Wallet are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified; unused bonus amounts expire automatically upon the conclusion of the validity period.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

richyph reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any Account for any promotion. Players who richyph reasonably believes are abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, collusion, use of automated wagering tools, or systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed specifically to exploit bonus terms — will have their bonus eligibility revoked and associated bonuses voided. Any winnings derived from abusive bonus activity are subject to forfeiture.

5.4 VIP Program

richyph operates a tiered VIP program with levels including Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. VIP tier assignment, maintenance, and benefits are determined at richyph's sole discretion based on account activity. richyph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the VIP program or any Player's tier status at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

Game Rules & Conduct

6.1 Game Availability

richyph makes no guarantee as to the continuous, uninterrupted availability of any specific Game title. Games may be removed, suspended, or temporarily unavailable due to technical maintenance, provider contractual changes, or regulatory requirements. richyph will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of significant planned downtime.

6.2 Malfunctions

In the event of a Game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome, richyph reserves the right to void the affected wager(s) and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. richyph is not liable for any consequential losses arising from game malfunctions. The decision of richyph's technical team regarding the outcome of any malfunction is final.

6.3 Player Conduct

You agree to use the richyph Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with fair play. You must not use any software, tool, script, or system designed to gain an unfair advantage over richyph or other players. Abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at richyph staff or other platform users is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the richyph Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account for the same individual.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using funds of illicit origin to make deposits on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI systems, or any non-human tool to interact with the Platform or Games.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain without reporting them to richyph.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the richyph Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geographic or account restrictions imposed by richyph.
• Engaging in any activity that richyph reasonably determines to be abusive of the bonus system.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other offense under Philippine law.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, investigation, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant Philippine authorities. All balances associated with Accounts involved in prohibited activities are subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the richyph Platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of richyph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No content from the richyph Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, scraped, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of richyph.

Privacy & Data

richyph collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the richyph Privacy Policy. richyph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by Philippine law and richyph's operational obligations.

Responsible Gaming

richyph is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account.
• Session Reminders: Configure automatic time-based notifications to remind you of session duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from the richyph Platform.
• Reality Check: Receive periodic in-session reminders of time elapsed and net wagering result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richyph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your richyph Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

richyph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, even if richyph has been advised of the possibility of such damages. richyph is not liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunication failures, government action, or acts of third-party service providers.

Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by richyph

richyph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete required KYC verification; or for any other reason richyph determines necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, its Players, or its obligations under applicable Philippine law and regulatory frameworks.

12.2 Termination by Player

You may close your richyph Account at any time by contacting richyph customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money Wallet balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no investigation is ongoing.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account termination for any reason, your license to use the richyph Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 11, and 13 — shall continue in full force and effect.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the richyph Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.

Amendments

richyph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, richyph will provide notice via a prominent announcement on the Platform and, where practicable, by direct notification to registered Players. The effective date of any revised Terms will be stated at the top of the document. Your continued use of the richyph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
